Francisco Bailon

Francisco is originally from Spain. He was born and raised in a small town near Barcelona. He is a Computer Science Engineer and has a degree in Electrical Machines. He got his AMI diploma in elementary with Ph.D. in Mathematics. He has been an Elementary Montessori guide in Spain, Mexico, and in recent years in California and Arizona. His wife has been an AMI assistant for the children's home for several years and is close to obtaining her diploma as a lead guide. Francisco has two children who have attended Montessori schools all their lives. 

In his spare time, Francisco is a lover of philosophical and transcendental literature, he has been practicing Vipassana meditation for years and loves the world of high-performance motor racing.
